Bob's
Story
Get To Know Our Founder
After graduating with a B.S. in Business/Human Resources, Bob started his HR journey recruiting during the dotcom era in Chicago. He then moved on to lead HR for a high growth food company building out the HR department and helping scale from 100 to over 300 employees. He then moved onto a engineering and construction firm and helped scale them to a similar size as the VP of HR. After years of working internally, Bob made the decision to leverage his experience and start his own consulting business, RTB & Associates. Bob's desire to make real connections with people helped coin the term "Genuine People Partners".

When he is not working, he enjoys time outdoors on the family farm and spending time with his lovely partner and their children.
