With that experience, RTB has developed a hybrid recruitment model that leverages the strengths of each. Additionally, this model has a much more realistic cost structure that is less than half of traditional recruiting firms.

The Hybrid model is typically one-third the cost of a contingency or retained agency and is designed to heighten the engagement of hiring managers throughout the search process. A pre-determined “Target Project Cost” is established as a % of the salary. RTB is retained as a partner at an hourly rate with a final true-up placement fee at the end of the search. The true-up placement fee is the difference between the pre-determined target project cost and hourly invoiced costs during the search process. The true-up placement fee is only paid if an RTB candidate is placed. Hourly costs incurred cover the value-add service, market research, and retained talent profiles for our clients.
