Health & Wellness - Digital Marking Manager

The Client

An established health and wellness education organization seeking conventional advancement in overall digital marketing strategies.

The Challenge

Running a tight margin operation and facing the impact of COVID-19 on their overall operations, the client required a more aggressive approach to their topline funnel for marketing and business development.  The client had a unique need for a strategic and tactical Digital Marketing professional with a passion for their mission and a timeline of under 6 weeks for a start date.

The Strategy

RTB & Associates partnered with the CEO to develop and define the targeted profile to meet the requirements of the position. RTB engaged in an aggressive sourcing campaign for targeted profiles along with integrating with their existing hiring process.  Due to the specificity of the client’s desired passion for the mission along with the interest of the candidates to have strategic and hands-on ability, RTB cast a broad net hundreds of candidates.

The Result

RTB & Associates partnered with the founder and his executives to place 10 high caliber candidates in all roles.  Three of A successful Digital Marketing Manager was secured and vetted withing three weeks.  RTB led the offer negotiation and subsequent acceptance and start date just under 6 weeks.  RTB maintained an ad-hoc HR consulting arrangement with the client over the course of the next year for performance management coaching.
